I bought this about 2-3 weeks ago for my 2 1/2 month old with a really flat head and it has already made a significant difference in my opinion. He was not a fan at first but we didn't give up, now he doesn't even notice it. It fit really awkwardly in his rock and play and he would wiggle out of the pillow. So we moved him into the pack and play and put a few blanket under his back and he stays in it all night. Soo glad I got this!!
