I actually liked this pillow very much. My grandson was sleeping on his back all the time for safety, and his head got pretty flat, so we bought this pillow to give his head proper support to prevent that. He liked it, and it seemed to induce a change in the flatness fairly quickly, but my daughter lost it while traveling at one point, and didn't replace it. She seemed less concerned than I about the shape of his head, so didn't get another one. My personal opinion is that this is a very good buy, would definitely help with head shape if used regularly, and is comfortable.
