At 2 months my child was evaluated and told she had tortecollis and flat head syndrome. We sought advice from a pediatrician, PT, and chiropractor. None of them mentioned this pillow. After doing my own research I found other moms saying that this pillow was super helpful. After three week of using this pillow during naps and when she's on the ground at home, her head started to round out. Went back to the PT and her head shape measurements had totally changed. Amazing! If you have a child with a flat head I would highly recommend this pillow! This pillow may have saved us thousands of dollars, by avoiding a helmet!!!!

This works just as well, if not better, than the super pricey versions - wish I would have bought this one first. As it happens, I bought this one as a back-up to a more pricey version, and I ended up using this one more often.
It's soft, adjustable and washes well. I used this when the baby was on her back as often as I could, that includes changing table, stroller, bassinet and bouncy seat. Her head was getting a very noticeable flat spot around 3-4 months - she's at 6 months now and her head is almost perfectly round again. I didn't even notice when it happened but the flat area slowly filled in. We're a little more lax now but I still like to use some sort of support whenever she's going to be in a car seat or stroller for any extended time. This one grows with your baby. I highly recommend it.

I just bought it and used it for couple of days after my baby developed a flat spot, he is 2 months old so his head is still soft so it might bot work for an older baby BUT for us is awesome.. I'm pretty happy..
I'll upload a picture and you guys decide..Wish I had it for my first kid, since we had to have a helmet for him..

I really credit this pillow for changing the shape of our son's head and avoiding the helmet! We had taken him to get assessed by a helmet place after our pediatrician noticed his head. His measurements were not great and would have warranted a helmet at the time, but he was only 3 months old so they told us to wait a month and then see. After using this pillow during playtimes and when he was in his bouncy seat, we saw a huge difference. When we took him back to the helmet place, his measurements were much better. I wish I still had the pictures to post, it was a noticeable difference and I had not been hopeful that a pillow would help. We are expecting another baby and I plan to use it proactively this time and I'm sure this baby will never have a flat head!
