Left before, right after only 1 week of using this pillow. Son was born breeched and had torticollis and noticeable plagiocephaly at week 3. Did extra tummy time and exercises for a few weeks. At week 7 i saw some improvement but noticed he was getting another flat spot on the back of his head,
likely from his carseat. I bought this pillow for sleeping and his swings. Have noticed a difference. also got the boppy flat head pillow for his carseat. In conjunction of both products, I am happy with the results.
