We bought this little pillow for our 2 month old son who is mostly sleeping in his rock 'n play due to his acid reflux and has been developing a flat spot on the back of his head. We use it for everything (his naps, when we change him, when he's laying around) and I was amazed to see an improvement in him a day after he started laying on it! Not huge, but it's there! This little thing is amazing! I just wish we knew about it when our first son was a baby and had the same issue!
