Bought for my 3 month old that was developing a flat spot. This has worked the best for him as his head actually stays on the pillow (unlike other pillows). I have used it now for over a month and the doctor said his head is doing great! It does seem to pull a bit of hair out but I wonder if that would happen even on a flat surface?
