As a physical therapist and a mom, I have been pleased by the baby Moon. We use it when my little one is on his back in his play gym, etc to help prevent that flat spot. While it is not a substitute for tummy time, supported sitting,etc to promote active head control, I think this is a good way to help develop a good head shape while while while baby is supine OUTSIDE of the crib. (Great in the car seat carrier too!)
