Nothing I had read prior to having my child prepared me for the possibility of her having a flat head. At 4 mos I did not know what to do and got online to see if I could find something to help. She would sleep with her head to one side, which had made her head mishapen. I tried to reposition her and tried to use a rolled up towel, but none of that worked. I wish I had purchased this pillow before she was born. It has helped so much.
