Our 2 month old daughter was developing a flat head issue on her left side. We have been using this pillow for about five days. I can notice a small improvement in her head shape. We use it for naps, for the bassinet, for the car seat, as often as we can keep her head from being flat, we do. I would highly recommend this as a first step in trying to help fix your child's head shape problems.
