My baby had a flat spot on her side. Doctor say there is really nothing that she can do to get that fixed, so i did my own research. I found couple of pillows for flat head syndrome. I bought one pillow; however, it did not help a lot, maybe because it was too small. When i found this one, i decided to give it a try, and i love it. After using it for few weeks people started to see the difference. I myself see a big difference, my baby's head is way more round than it was before. I used the pillow for couple of months now, and i will continue using it until the soft space on my baby's head closes. If you have a problem with your baby's head, buy it. You will not regret it. At least I didn't, and i know that my little girl will have nice round head without any flat spots.
