Been using this pillow for almost two weeks and it has helped immensely. My baby had a big cone head from being positioned in the pelvis so low for so long. He was unable to lie on his back comfortably because of how tight his neck to chest would get. So he laid on his side or was constantly turning his head flat to the surface if laying on his back. So he had two flat spots, one on each side. We use this pillow every night. He sleeps right next to me so I am able to monitor him while he is on it. He sleeps on his side and will naturally move to his back sometimes. About half way through the night I rotate to the other side. His flat spots are rounding out and the cone is diminishing. He is able to lie on his back and keep his head in midline much easier. You can see he is comfortable now. Visibally you can see a difference too.
