I love this pillow. I was struggling to get my newborn to alternate which side of his head he rested on because he favored one over the other. He started developing a flat spot and his doctor even mentioned it. At first I was very uneasy about allowing him to use a pillow at night for fear he might turn over but I've never had a problem and his flat spot is almost completely gone.
