Save my second child's head from flatness!

My first child had a helmet due to her flat head and torticollis (stiff neck basically). So she always slept in the same spot for the first 6 months of life flattening one side of her head.
We did not want that happening to our second child, so we got this pillow and used it religiously in the car seat. Not for sleeping overnight though.
I tell all my friends about it so they avoid having to do the helmet thing.
