I bought this pillow when my daughter (2.5 yo now) was around 2 months old. I noticed a severe flat spot on the back of her head and while the head was still soft I decided to fix it myself without he use of helmets. Long an behold I developed my own technique of incorporating this pillow and my daughter’s head was fixed within weeks. It truly works, but you have to make sure you use it all the time if your case is bad. Anytime you lay your baby down on his/her back. Even just to change a diaper. I recommended it to a friend of mine who’s new baby had a bad case as well, she ordered it, I’m pretty sure it will help her too.
